Conservation efforts consist of a variety of programs, form monitoring water quality all the way to advocating better laws surrounding sea otter protection (Friends of the Sea Otter). Many organizations are specifically targeting sea otter conservation, groups such as "The Otter Project" and "Friends of the Sea Otter." Both of these group offer ways to get involved, including being a volunteer. These two organizations are just examples of the many organization currently working on sea otter conservation. If this website has made you interested in sea otter conservation I urge you to volunteer, the sea otters need your help!
